PéMad is an Indonesian translation and localization service provider. We provide trusted high quality linguistic services since 1997.

Currently, we have more than 20 languages and more than 30 domain expertise.

We assure you accuracy. We provide high quality human translation performed by our team of professionals.

Our in-house language team consists of senior editors/reviewers, all of whom have master qualifications in translation.

Our external team consists of professional freelance linguists who are native speakers, proven subject matter experts in their domain, and proficient in latest cat-tools.

Our clients range from LSPs (Language Service Provider), Companies, Government Institution, NGOs, to individuals.

Yes we do, in fact we have two. We have a translation office and another one for translation training center (a professional development center for linguists) called PéMad TTC.

We are open from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 WIB (UTC+7).

We work with both local and global clients. You can place an order from anywhere. We accept digital documents in any ways convenient for clients.

Open our “get a quote” page, direct upload the files if they are not bigger than 2MB, or you can share the URL(s) linking to your document(s) e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

You can also send them by email or Whatsapp. After calculating the service cost of the project and TAT (turnaround time), we will send you the quotation. Your order will be proceed once you move forward with a confirmation.

Yes it is. We are determined to make sure that our client’s document will remain confidential. We use our private server equipped with latest standard of data security. Access to your documents is restricted only to authorized employees or authorized subcontractors of PéMad.

Yes we can. However, you will be charged for additional service called DTP (Desktop Publishing) as it will involve page layouting using dedicated software and will be performed by our DTP team.

2,000-3,000 words can be catered by one translator per day.

This number will vary depending on aspects such as language, subject, file format, software used, and more.

TAT (turnaround time) to complete your translation order depends on the length of your source text. For most documents, one translator can finish up to 3,000 words per day.

Documents from certain domains may take longer to translate due to their complexity, e.g: medical or legal. To discuss an urgent translation, please contact us.

Yes we can. PéMad offers editing & proofreading service, either of a standalone document or a translation result against its original.

Translation focuses on written content while interpreting deals with spoken language in real time.

Both service require linguistic expertise, cultural understanding, and deep knowledge of specific subject matter.

Yes we do. PéMad provides sworn translation service for immigration documents, academic related documents, business contract, and many more.

Yes, we can send you printed sworn translation document via local or international postal services to the address you specify.

However, you will be charged for the delivery cost. All printed documents are shipped from Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
